PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards, cash, & Apple Pay.

TARDINESS

Please be mindful that being late cuts into other guests appointment times, or our ability to have a break or lunch, etc. If you are late to your appointment, please notify Sunflower Curls Studio via text at (602) 245-6106.  In the event you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may be unable to honor your appointment based on our schedules for the day.

If we are able to honor your appointment, a $25 tardy fee will be added to your service.

If we are unable to honor your appointment, a $65 cancellation fee will be due at time of tardy appointment, & we will get you rescheduled.

No deposits will be refunded.

CANCELLATIONS

At Sunflower Curls Studio, we strive to make your experience exceptional.  We also understand that your health, as well as the safety of the salon is very important!

Please text Sunflower Curls Studio at (602) 245-6106 to give us 48 hour notice to change the time and day of your salon experience. Please know your appointment is uninterruptedly yours and without proper notice we are unable to fill the time slot that was reserved for you.  

In the event you must cancel within the 48 hour window of your appointment, a $65 cancellation fee will be due at time of cancellation.  

Last minute, day of cancellations will incur a fee of 100% of your services booked.

We do understand emergencies happen & will be assessed on a case by case basis.

No deposits will be refunded.

NO SHOWS

In the event you fail to notify Sunflower Curls Studio of a cancellation and do not show up at to your scheduled appointment, you will be subjected to a 100% no-show fee which will be processed by the end of your blocked out appointment time. 

Please be advised any no shows will become ineligible to be a guest of Sunflower Curls Studio & banned from booking.

No deposits will be refunded.

INSUFFICIENT FUNDS

If the card on file is insufficient, you will become ineligible to be a guest of Sunflower Curls Studio & banned from booking.

You will receive a form via email prior to your appointment to sign acknowledging tardy, cancellation & no show policies.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENT

We care deeply about your experience and service with at Sunflower Curls Studio.

If we fail to meet your expectations, please reach out directly within 3 days of your original appointment date so we can discuss any issues & potentially get you back in.

*If you need a separate service than was provided you will be charged for that service. For example, if you had an all over color done, but now you may want to break it up & add highlights, you will be charged for the highlights at the time of the Service Adjustment.

NO ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY

Due to the limited space and COVID-19 precautions, we ask that you do not bring guests with you to your appointment.  This includes spouses, friends or children.  Only parents with minor children receiving services will be permitted to remain in the salon. 

RETAIL RETURN POLICY

​Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase, as long as the product is at least 50% full.  

COVID-19 Guidelines

MASKS

Masks are currently not required in studio, but is subject to change based on rates & CDC guidelines & suggestions. You are more than welcome to continue to wear a mask for your protection.

SANITATION, DISINFECTION, AND HYGIENE

Stylists will still be using sanitizer between every client. Sanitizer will be available for your use on the counter by where you check out. Stylists will wash hands thoroughly, as well as disinfect every surface and tool in between each client. Magazines and candy dishes have been removed.

REDUCED CAPACITY

Please DO NOT bring a guest with you to your hair service. We are monitoring the number of stylists and clients to be in the building to maintain safe distance.

Please allow 10 days to pass before booking an appointment if you:

• Have traveled out of the country in the last 14 days, have been exposed to anyone with known COVID19, or have been experiencing COVID19 symptoms.
